A pleasant stay . Staff were very friendly & helpful, I requested few things & all was done on time . The room is average but clean tidy & good value for the price. Location is excellent walking distance to all London attractions & to Victoria station. Recommend

The front lobby was welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was awesome. Victoria Inn was close to restaurants, bus stops and tube stations. The room was smaller than expected, but comfortable. It needs hooks for towels.

I think it’s a bit pricey for the room with this size. It’s quite small for 2 people but luckily it was clean. The location is convenient which near bus and train station. However the hairdryer is not working and I need to sleep with wet hair. Also there is noise coming from the window throughout the night.

I was very disappointed and I never put a bad comment about the places I stay . There was an awful smell body odour mixed with I don’t know what . Got much worst when the ac was on . Shower had mold . The bed was comfortable and location is good but it just felt unsanitary and I’m not one to complain . The worst place I’ve ever stayed at .

...The super friendly staff and comfy bedding and really good location (near the ^popular^ 24 bus line and some fine eating options and not too far from the Victoria and Victoria Coach Stations) and great housekeeping and perceived VALUE for the money make this a 5-Star Review from me...A few loud people out in the street in front of the hotel could be easily heard late on some nights but the neighborhood is a good one and this is certainly not the fault of the hotel and is probably a common issue throughout London in general, but I thought it should be mentioned, so maybe just ask for a room not on the front side if you're a light sleeper??? Thanks VI, Great Job. *****

Clean (though a few stray hairs), staff were friendly. Small room, thin walls so I could hear my neighbors' children. I prefer more pillows and a softer mattress, but was fine for a couple nights.

Needed somewhere to stay for one night on a trip to see Hamilton. This place is about 10 minutes walk away, has good room rates and twin rooms. That fit the needs, thanks!

WiFi needs attention as kept dropping out. Trying to save a few pounds or a few dollars by not having signal boosters takes away encouragement to stay there again.

Elevator takes 15 minutes to come to you. No breakfast. Cleaners bang around by 7am, couldnt sleep in if i wanted to. Close enough to trains and cheap price was good

The staff are good and nice, quiet place, recommendable to friends and family, we will book here again next time when we go to london. Room is small good for couple With windows, everyday room service clean, the aircon is smelly but its ok after sometime the smell is gone, with amenities and towels. You can ask for pillows if you like and toilet papers

My friend and I spent 14 days at the Victoria Inn. There is no luxury here but the hotel is clean, staff are pleasant and helpful. Tv, bathroom with hair dryer and shower. The hotel rooms are small not regular sized rooms, we shared a twin room and got invented with the space. Beds were very comfortable and housekeeping was done daily. Ac in every room. No meals included or ice machine by that was ok. The Inn is right between two tube stations. Minutes walk from both. Victoria Station being the main one. The room was quiet except for cars on the street but even earplugs will take car of that if it bothers you. The location is great. If you are just looking for a great location and a place to lay your head at night this is it. I would book again with them.

Welcome was warm but room was tiny, sheets didnt fit mattress so kept coming off, shower was spluttery and cold, could smell urine when I went to sleep :-(

Just about 10-minute walk to Victoria Station, very convenient. Since it is centre, thus the price is higher as compared to other location. Room is not very spacious. Other things ok.

Nice hotel, clean and in a good spot for transport around London However … air conditioning was non existent and this must be known to the hotel as the room also has 2 fans, which were also rubbish, we spent 2 nights melting. We were with friends and their rooms were the same
