We had a wonderful stay and honestly have no complaints. The apartment has an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from the Colosseum, which made it very convenient for exploring Rome.
Although we arrived late in the evening, there was no problem with check-in. The hosts remotely unlocked the apartment for us and provided very clear instructions, as well as useful information about the area. They were also available if we had any questions.
The apartment itself was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. It has two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there was also coffee and tea available. We particularly appreciated having a washing machine with a dryer, as well as a vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. There is air conditioning in every room.
Despite the very central location, the apartment was quiet at night and we were not disturbed by street noise.
The hosts also offered to store our luggage for an additional two hours after check-out. In the end, we didn’t need this because there was a luggage storage facility just about 50 metres away on the same street, which was very convenient since our flight was in the evening.
The apartment is on the top floor and there are fairly steep stairs, but this did not affect our stay or our very positive impression of the property and the hosts.
We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. We would happily stay here again when visiting Rome.

Localização excepcional, só oque economiza em transporte e tempo já vale muito, só pegamos Uber dois dias por causa do calor extremo. Ar condicionado ótimo, segurança ótima, leva a chave física com vc se preferir.
Se é que podemos falar que não gostamos mas a porta do box é um pouquinho desajeitada e box pequeno, mas o banho e quente e volumoso, oque nem faz lembrar da porta mais. Só estou comentando pois foi questionado, mas senão nem comentaria, não é algo que desabone em nada.

The unit was nice and clean. Very close to the Colosseum and restaurants. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything you need. There was good air-conditioning throughout, so even though it was hot outside, it was nice and cool inside. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to be close to the Colosseum or the Roman Forum. The staff are great and easy to contact. Overall, it's a good place to stay.
