The balcony view is beautiful. The 1 bedroom suite is large and fully equipped- even bottle water is provided in the refrigerator! The host is super kind ! He gave us a ride when we arrived (and we were an hour late since we missed our train ) and also went to the boat ticket office to check out for us for next morning express boat ticket purchase at the ticket office! That was very helpful! He also drove us to the train station when we checked out so we didn’t have to drag the luggage’s along. Thank you so much for your hospitality and we have enjoyed our 2 nights stay !

Great view facing lake como

20-25 minutes walk from main town Varenna. We got off the train at Fiumlatte train station and had to carry heavy luggage to the apartment. When coming back we tried to get an uber to Varenna Esino station, but couldn’t get any. So ended up carrying the luggage up those stairs again to catch the train. No good food options nearby so had to walk to Varenna to get something to eat.

It was a bit noisy at night but this can’t be helped because it was on a road
