Roberta on reception is the epitome of kindness and just generally one of the most wonderful people you could hope to meet. Her restaurant recommendation was so good that we went back for a second time. Nothing was too much trouble. We had to make use of the maintenance team and this gentleman too was simply lovely. We could not have wished for better people to take care of us.
The bathroom is so tiny that I was concerned we would injure ourselves in the shower or we would break something.
The walls are also paper thin or perhaps there is another reason for us hearing everything happening on our floor.

Very clean and very helpful and friendly staff. I arrived on the one day that was torrential downpour in Rome. It was early but they took my luggage and ensured it was in my room when it was time for checkin. There were plenty if umbrellas to guests. Conveniently located just min walk via sidewalk on the nicer side and not cobblestone streets but far enough from the chaos of the less than pleasant chaos of Roma Termini train station. Everything was super clean. Very fair price point.
The walls are thin so you can hear everyone in hall. Room 102 lacked natural sunlight and being on 1st floor with window facing courtyard. I couldnt open the window screen since it lacked privacy.
