The onsite staff were wonderful. Helpful, kind and professional. The room was lovely and location convenient.

The location is brilliant, very central and convenient for exploring Rome, while still being in a lovely area. The hotel was clean, and the bathroom was newly fitted and modern. A special mention to Elena at the front desk, who was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.
The room and bathroom have been designed in a way that they are quite tight.
I would have appreciated a full-length mirror.
Also, as someone who enjoys a cup of tea, having some milk available would have been a nice touch.
