Our cozy cottage on the canal, is the perfect place to enjoy all that South Topsail has to offer. You will be steps away from the beach and beautiful Serenity Point. Launch the kayak in the canal behind the house and go watch the sunset on the intercoastal or just relax on the family friendly beach of South Topsail. The large front porch is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, with a warm cup of coffee or enjoy the ocean breeze later in the day. With the Bush Marina and Jolly Roger Fishing Pier close by, you can launch a boat or try your hand with some fishing. Our newly renovated house is comfortable and well stocked with kitchen and living supplies. Features include a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, 2 bikes, 2 surf boards, multiple beach chairs and plenty of beach toys and many other extras. We care about this property and take pride in providing you the best experience and customer service. This property is managed by its owners.

It was a perfect 3 day beach Vacation for the family. The house was clean, and relatively well stocked. I forgot to bring our tongues for grilling so that was a little tricky and we also had to run out our first morning and get more toilet paper.

The house is very nice, the perfect location, especially for those who enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding. clean and enough for a family, the only thing I would have liked is that it has its own dock for the ease of these sports. I would definitely come back again :) thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. We were able to walk easily back and forth to the beach and use the nice chairs that were provided. The boys rode the bikes through the quiet neighborhood, although they had construction currently taking place beside us that wasn't so quiet (of course not the owner's fault). I took many naps in the hammock, had coffee on the deck, and enjoyed having everything we needed at the property to feel at home. Thank you to the Mullins family for a wonderful , relaxing , week at our favorite beach.

Came down for a quick 2 days of fishing. This property was in a perfect location and perfect size. The garage level storage was perfect spot for me to store my fishing gear. Would certainly rent this space again.

thank you to our hosts for a relaxing and peaceful stay. our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 10) were very comfortable in the house. the proximity of the home to the beach was ideal. the beach itself was amazingly beautiful and we spent many happy hours walking and enjoying the sand and sea. thank you and we hope to return soon.

The house was nice and clean. The ease of getting to the beach was a huge plus. I had never been to Topsail and did not realize that it took so long to get to the house from when you cross the bridge (about 20min). It was great to have the beach pretty much to ourselves, but have to plan ahead for shopping, which we did! Had a great time, but luck of the weather was not on our side this trip. Was freezing, but we bundled up and found plenty of sharks teeth and shells while letting the kids dig and bury themselves and learn the hard way that the ocean is not our friend when it's 40 degrees. Being so close to the beach made those mistakes easier to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect to enjoy both kayaking and the beach. We used the ladder at the canal to enter our kayaks. We enjoyed two beautiful sunsets from our kayaks and even saw dolphins one night. The beach is such an short, easy walk. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable.

Location was great and the host was wonderful at communicating with us and answering questions. Only thing to keep in mind is that if you have a paddleboard and/or want to use the kayak you may need to transport them to a put in. Overall the house was great for our family.

My family of five stayed at this lovely home, it was our first visit to Topsail. The home has so many extra amenities like beach chairs and a kayak. It was also so very clean and very comfortable, we loved the open floor plan. We hope to return next summer.

This was a peaceful retreat. The location near the end of the island was calm and relaxing. The house was right beside the beach access at the end of the road. It was clean and nicely decorated. Linens and towels provided, stocked kitchen and tons of beach supplies in the laundry room downstairs. Check in/out process very easy. I will definitely stay again if I come back to Topsail. Thank you! 😊

Nice open living room area and lots of “extras” already there (kayak, laundry detergent, household products etc etc). Overall a very pleasant experience. Only having the one bathroom was a little tough and I definitely think there should be some clarity in the description of the house. I assumed that the house had a floating dock because it’s on the canal but it does not so that’s something to consider if you have a boat. House was definitely lovely but after looking into some other rental units around the same area, I felt the price was relatively high for a house with only one bathroom.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 nights and we enjoyed every minute of our trip. The property was as advertised, extremely clean, nothing was out of place, and it had all the accommodations we needed. Put it this way, it did not disappoint. My husband wanted to stay inside and relax the entire trip because the house was so inviting. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, drinking our morning coffee, and wine in the afternoon. We walked over to the beach every evening and enjoyed watching the TIDE come in and walking along the beach. The house if perfect for a couple and young families. Tracey, the property owner was extremely caring and provided instructions for us to follow. She made herself available to answer all our questions and we didn't have to constantly ask for a response. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends. I look forward to our next stay at this property. Thank you Tracy, you made our anniversary a very memorable event.

Fell in love with south topsail beach . Easy beach access , 0.5mile walk to Serenity Point for evening sunsets , comfortable beds , clean bathroom and great outside shower. Host was super responsive in a quick fashion to our questions. Only disappointment was the absence of a floating dock so I could launch my SUP right into the canal. Public access 4 is near tho. Overall great stay and we will rent again.

The property was immaculately clean upon arrival and everything we needed was there and ready to use (beach chairs, towels, kitchen stuff, etc). The location was perfect - right next to the beach which worked very well for my family with two young kids - we could easily go back to the house as needed throughout the day. It also had a great kids bedroom - it’s bunk beds but the bottom bed was very low to the ground for my 3-year old and the top bed had a nice tall railing so worked well for my 5-year old. And all the beds were very comfortable. The owners were also so nice and accommodating. Upon arrival the outside shower was a bit clogged but the owner came right away with a brand new shower head and fixed it. It worked beautifully and we used this a ton after visiting the beach. I can’t wait to stay here again - such a cozy beach house perfectly located for a family beach trip! Thank you again!

Wonderful stay at Topsail. Property was as advertised with anything you would need. Great kids room for our daughter. Can't beat the location- beach was very nice and we were right there. I was looking for a small place near the beach to unwind for a few days at the end of another crazy year. This home fit all of my needs. Nice well appointed home and only about 75 steps to the beach. A bit of a drive to the end of the island, but worth it. Got lucky too with 75 degree temps for New Years! Tracy was easily accessible to answer my couple of questions. Ray - Concord NC.

We loved the easy access to both the beach and the sound for fishing. The house was nice and clean for our Thanksgiving trip. The whole family enjoyed our time at the house.

This was a wonderfully cozy place to get away to the beach for a few days. Extremely close to the water - 2 min walk. The house was very clean and the beds and linens were top notch. We slept very well! The kitchen was well equipped (the ice maker wasn’t working while we were there but there are ice cube trays to use in the freezer). There was construction happening right across the street which was pretty noisy during the day which made it less than ideal for relaxing on the porch. That’s probably only a temporary issue.
Tracy was extremely responsive to and helpful for the one question we had during our stay!
We had a great time and would recommend this place to others.
