This two-story home sits on a parcel of land once owned by Robert Frost; it was later sold to his protege, Raymond Holden, who built the house itself. The setting is secluded, up a 1/4 mile private drive) and incredibly special, overlooking the Presidential and Kinsman Ranges and Franconia Notch to the east. It's a short, scenic drive to Franconia Notch State Park (six miles), the Kancamagus Highway (19 miles), and the slopes of Cannon (six miles), Bretton Woods (20 miles), and Loon Mountain (21 miles). You'll spend much of your time here in the beautiful outdoor spaces, whether you're watching your kids splash in the pool all summer or sled in the perfectly sloped yard come winter.
