About this apartment rental
Five minutes to Biltmore Estate and Historic Biltmore Village and a 10 minute Lyft ride to downtown Asheville. PLUS a host who knows all things local - from beer and food, to hiking, to local comedy and the art scene. Happy to help you plan your visit and make customized suggestions. Our Studio Apartment, a private, locked-off, lower floor of our home, is clean and quiet and convenient to all Asheville has to offer! Occasionally a bear walks down the driveway - so we recommend you look both ways before heading out the door (sightings are rare but I do have video I can show you). We have two cats on the property - they do not go into the Studio, but one is often outside in the driveway and delightfully friendly (Meadow). The room was warm and inviting. It has a small sitting area that is very comfortable. It is great for reading or watching TV. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. One is only a few minutes drive from downtown Ashville and restaurants. It was the perfect getaway for a birthday celebration.
