Overall was a good stay for the price point and location. Room was superficially cleaned and small but comfortable. It felt like the bedroom and bathroom could have used a deeper clean. Check in and check out instructions were clear, host was helpful and communicated promptly, and the location was super convenient and nice!

We had some issues with our code not working for our door in the middle of the night, but there were staff on-site to help us troubleshoot immediately.

Comfortable, easy acces to public transportation, good kitchen/dining area. Short walk to kayak company for event.

If you know what to expect - this is not a five-star hotel - this is an excellent option for affordable and convenient lodging in the center of Chicago. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and the accommodations are basic but very acceptable.
The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the shared bathroom arrangement but it was not an issue whatsoever.
Very positive experience overall.
