Very comfy bed, good tea and coffee facilities, very clean
Bathroom was at other end of the hall and had to unlock and lock it wach time.

Graces Guesthouse is the perfect stay. I couldn't recommend it more highly. Rooms are excellent, spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable etc. There might be a little noise from main street but that can't be controlled by owners (earplugs sort that :)). Overall this is an excellent stay, with air-conditioning/fans etc so I can't say anything negative about the property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE :)

The room was lovely with period features and very clean. Kitchen facilities an added bonus. The location was very convenient with private parking at the back.
Our room had a private bathroom but it was down a corridor - not a big problem though.

The area was ideal for visiting family
The Builders below!! Heavy building work and. noisy drilling at 8.00am on both mornings we were there! Signage saying apologies about the stairs where the builders were walking up and down!! No warning of any early starts and noise and when booking we weren’t informed!!
