It was clean & comfortable. The location was a short walk to the restaurants, cinema & shops. The car park on sites was convenient.
There was an issue with the the car park remote that delayed entry that was distressing & was not dealt with by the agent. Access was gained by another resident in the building. Attention should be given to ensure everything in th property is fully functional.

Location. Secure property and parking. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Very quiet.
Mouldy bathroom, general cleanliness poor. No toilet paper.
No clothes dryer as advertised.

It was central and that it had two bedrooms as well as a carpark.
The cleanliness was below expectations. We found dirty bowls and spoons in the kitchen, cobwebs around door frames, and dust on the bedroom side tables and bed frame. The kitchen was also poorly stocked — just one mug for coffee and two drinking glasses for three people. We had to go out and purchase basic items ourselves, which was a real inconvenience. Unfortunately it ruined our holiday a bit.
We were not provided with the correct address or key code, and communication throughout was poor and confusing. Even after checking our printed instructions, we were left uncertain. We arrived very late at night and had to wait in the freezing cold and darkness, which was incredibly distressing. While the owners were polite and apologetic, the experience was upsetting. We sincerely hope no one else has to go through the same situation.
Dishwasher and washing machine included. Beds came with plenty of pillows. Good secure carpark. Good location.
