Gutters at back need some work maybe just drains need unblocking. Water running over gutters and into eaves large amount of water falling around house battery

The house is old and had lots of problems. The power cut out during the stay. There’s a mould smell throughout the walls are crumbling in and it is not listed with these faults. Kitchen cabinetry flaking no bath plug despite having a bath, dryer faulty. Carpark off street would only fit a tiny car,not suitable for someone with a disability like my child. Great house unfortunately needs way too many repairs to justify the price they asked.
Overpriced for quality. Poor state of condition. Multiple faults issues during stay mould smell. Car park useless
