It's a very nice hotel, clean and modern and comfortable. A friend who lives in town said it was one of the two best hotels in town and we were glad we stayed there.
The breakfast was only so-so in quality and there were only a few tables available in the lobby (and a few outside), so it's not the best set-up for breakfast. Also, they seemed to be a bit slow bringing the food.
