The fully enclosed private property extends over approximately 15,000 m² and is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, palms, almond and fruit trees.

The private saltwater pool, spacious sunbathing area, loungers and parasols provide the perfect setting for relaxed days in the Mallorcan sunshine.

A BBQ area and several terraces and outdoor spaces around the house invite you to make the most of Mallorca's outdoor lifestyle.

Next to the pool is a separate air-conditioned fitness casita with a selection of training equipment.
Guests can also enjoy a table tennis area.

Another highlight is the rooftop terrace, offering beautiful views across the Mallorcan countryside towards the Serra de Tramuntana – particularly lovely in the evening.

COUNTRYSIDE LIVING – EXPLORE MALLORCA

The finca enjoys a countryside setting in the heart of Mallorca while remaining very well connected. Palma, the airport and a variety of beaches can be reached by car in approximately 15–20 minutes.

Golfers will also appreciate the location, with Golf Son Gual only a few kilometres away.

Its central position makes the finca an excellent base for discovering different parts of the island, beautiful beaches, traditional villages and local weekly markets.
