Great location relative to subway stations, shrines, temples, gardens, and dining options. Very kind staff who spoke multiple languages. Clean, modern amenities. So grateful to have stayed here.

Good area
There were bed bugs in our bed as i woke up with like 10 red spots itching, when i asked the staff about it they said they gonna clean the room next day, its unacceptable protocol for possible bed bugs.. also on the photos the room looked bright, when in reality its a dark little hole, also there was no toilet brush
