Excellent location in the old town with deli, bakery, shops and restaurants nearby. Great style and layout of apartment, with two spacious bathrooms, and lots of storage. Left luggage at the office is useful if you arrive before check in time or leave late. Staff helped in ordering taxi to the airport and understanding app info. Air conditioning effective. Bed large and comfortable although pillows very firm
Front door to the apartment still not secure, just push it and it opens. One of the sinks was totally blocked when we arrived, and smelly as well as the fridge door needing attention to close easily and securely. These problems were fixed the next day, but no nototice of them was given before check in and we had been in the office to leave our cases. Basic cleaning good, but lots of dust and grime building up on lights, on fixtures and in corners. Towels smelt a bit musty. The floor tiles are even more loose than last year, catch your feet and noisy as they completely lift up. Second floor stairs with lots of turns seems more than two floors. Would like a dishwasher tablets for each day of stay. Still no chopping board. As we like cooking we had to bring or buy basics like salt, pepper and oil. Bring your own tea and coffee, no extras. Staff didn't say goodbye, hope you had a lovely stay when leaving the office.

Location was perfect, quiet street walkable to everything. Plenty of space for our family of 4, comfortable and cozy. Beautiful apartment design as well, very bright. A perfect home away from home. Easy check-in.
I also appreciated their information and assistance with parking. They made it very easy to pay for a parking spot in the nearby garage. Additionally, providing information about the area. We felt very welcomed to Girona.
Hosts were also very responsive, we had an issue with the water and they came a remedied it immediately.
Nothing! Great place to explore Girona and surrounding areas.

Very central location.
Zero extras.
No coffee pods, tea bags, water. Nothing.
One of the showers was badly broken and whilst it was repaired on the first day I am surprised this wasn't checked before making the apartment available.
The keys to access the apartment initially didn't work. Fortunately we were very close to the letting agent's office.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Centralt men stille. Lækker rustik indretning.
Sengene: "Dobbeltsengen" var to enkeltsenge som ikke kunne holdes sammen men gled fra hinanden.
Affaldssorteringen er svær i udgangspunktet - der er brug for at gøre den lettere: En skuffe til genbrug kunne udvides med yderligere en skuffe. Hvor hver type affald angives med en tekst hvilken type affald der skal i netop denne pose. Et lamineret ark kunne vise reglerne så man kunne gøre det rigtigt fra starten.
