Great apartment to explore Tokyo as first time visitors to Japan. Close to Nishishinjuku station, one stop from Shinjuku. Also walkable to Shinjuku (approx 15 mins). Easy to hop on a train and go to different places eg Asakusa, Ginza etc.
It’s close to a local park. Close to small diners and restaurants as well as the observation deck at Tokyo Government building, great views of the city and its landmarks.
The place was spacious and suited our needs. It had a washing machine, small kitchenette with cutlery, cups, plates, kettle, microwave and fridge. Bathroom and toilet were clean. Had a hairdryer. It was stocked with basics - soap, shampoo, laundry detergent etc. bed was comfortable. Had air conditioning especially when it was hot.
The host provided information before we got there. Instructions were clear.
Overall, great place to stay, value for money and would come back again.

A smooth entry. The beds were best after a tiring day and location was exceptional.
A light more light in bedroom would be great, maybe a tube light.

Clean apartment, responsive and helpful host, convenient location, great facilities (we especially appreciate the washing machine and laundry liquid). We arrived early and the host allowed us to store the luggage first before check-in in the afternoon.

It’s close to Shinjuku city and a train station.
No reception area even though it states there was.
It wasn’t very clean but there’s a comfy bed and a gorgeous shower.
