Great location—you can get anywhere easily. Although Tokyo's noisiest spots are just a couple of blocks away, it’s quiet here, which is important for getting a good night's sleep. Everything is within walking distance.
It might just be me, but the space felt a bit small—everything was on a small scale—though I suppose that’s typical for Tokyo, bathroom was damp, but as I said, the location more than makes up for it.

The location is amazing, walkable to Shinjuku which was important for us to commute to Disneyland and go on a day trip to Fuji. The apartment is small but still very much comfortable for a family of 4 and everything essential was there like dishes, toiletries, washing machine.
Everything was fine except for the creaky bed in our apartment 102. We woke up every time one of us rolled over.
