Decepcionante
No me gustó nada. No volveré a repetir
Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento ha sido una auténtica decepción.
Para empezar, el horario de entrada es a las 16:00 y no permiten acceder ni un solo minuto antes. Sin embargo, la salida es obligatoriamente a las 11:00. Nos parece un horario totalmente desequilibrado y poco considerado con los huéspedes.
En cuanto a la limpieza, deja mucho que desear. Entre las mantas disponibles había un edredón en un estado muy desagradable y, además, al retirar las sábanas encontramos varios pelos negros y rizados en la sábana bajera. Es algo que resulta muy poco higiénico y genera muchas dudas sobre la limpieza de la ropa de cama.
Otro detalle sorprendente fue que, en lugar de jabón de manos, había un dispensador con lo que parecía ser Fairy mezclado con agua. Es un detalle impropio de un alojamiento que pretende ofrecer un mínimo de calidad.
La habitación también presenta problemas de diseño. Al eliminar el balcón para ampliar el espacio, mantuvieron un desnivel de doble altura que no está bien resuelto. Una de las huéspedes tropezó con él, lo que demuestra que supone un riesgo innecesario.
Las cortinas tampoco cumplían su función, ya que solo cubrían aproximadamente la mitad de la ventana, dejando pasar demasiada luz y reduciendo considerablemente la privacidad.
El mayor problema, sin embargo, fue el baño. La ducha está tan mal ejecutada que el agua se sale por completo cada vez que se utiliza, inundando prácticamente todo el suelo y llegando casi hasta la puerta de entrada del alojamiento. Es un fallo muy importante que hace que el baño resulte incómodo e impráctico.
En conjunto, la falta de limpieza, los problemas de mantenimiento, un diseño poco seguro y unos horarios poco favorables para el cliente hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera muy negativa. No recomendaríamos este alojamiento hasta que se solucionen estas deficiencias.
