Clean, practical, affordable, well located! Perfect for a short stay.

Great location - a short walk from the train/bus station and easy access to everything the city has to offer. Clean and comfortable rooms with all the basics provided for a short stay - equipped kitchenette (shared) and bathroom (shared) Our room was a large double with the bonus of having a sofa. We were travelling with family who took the double which was smaller but had private bathroom so it was helpful we could sit altogether in our room. It was nice to have plenty of hanging space for clothes with wardrobes provided.

If it was any warmer outside it would be good to have air conditioning. The room had a ceiling fan but we ended up leaving the window open. This meant letting in a lot of noise from the busy road outside.

Cozy, chill, spacious space.

Cleanliness, commodity, tranquility. The place is set in a part of the city that is quiet and can be a good place for someone who is looking for easy going time. Gandia surprised us it's huge offer for the tourists. And the place offered an easy in and out of the buzz space. Santi was a very cool and generous guy.

We didn't find the ingredients we often find jn the shared kitchens, got under the impression they were removed because there is no way somebody doesn't leave something behind. I mean cooking oil, salt, pepper. We left some and hope Santi keeps them there. Other then that we got respect. Best of luck.

La habitación estaba perfecta, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El café fue un detalle que se agradece mucho. Además, el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, un alojamiento muy recomendable.

No hay obcion de desayuno,tiene una cocina amplia para lo que quieras,la limpieza y orden depende de los huespes los hay limpios y menos limpios.

Sobre todo la climatitacion del lugar,carece de aire acondicionado,ventilador de techo insuficiente para poder tener una temperatura aceptable para dormir. Decir que tambien estubimos en plena ola de calor.
