We kindly advise you and your guests to provide your own charcoal and kindling wood for the Chiminea located on the patio. Grill tools are conveniently stored in the small dock box. Additionally, you are also encouraged to feed the fish in the back pond, using only small amounts of fish food provided on the patio shelves. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Occasionally, a retired neighbor will access the backyard shed for working on her hobby of creating miniature figures and furniture. These visits will almost always be on weekdays and only during daylight hours. Our neighbor and her husband will kindly inform B4K prior to entering the shed and will obtain concurrence from you, the renter, beforehand. Our aim is to ensure nobody is surprised. Thank you.
