Boasting an expansive kitchen, breakfast nook, separate dining room, living room and a main floor lounging retreat. The first floor offers an expertly designed bathroom at the bottom of the stairs. There are three spacious bedrooms with a fourth bedroom currently being used as a lounging retreat. The master suite includes a plush queen bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs boasts another bedroom with a queen bed with lovely views to the backyard area and shares an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom upstairs offers another lush full bed and is the perfect place to unwind. There is also a full bathroom with a gorgeous arched tub and shower on the second floor. This bathroom even includes a television. Historic arched windows frame the city hills with views to Mount Wilson and fill the living room with morning light. Through the living room you access the large formal dining room and kitchen with butlers pantry stocked with every kitchen gadget the chef could wish for! French doors lead from the kitchen into the private back yard with ample shade from the thriving trees and gardens. Enjoy BBQ’ing and sipping a glass of wine or tea among the healthy gardens and stroll through the thoughtful paths around this large back yard. Located in a lovely residential neighborhood, this home is only minutes from the world class restaurants and shops of Adams Hill, Eagle Rock, and Downtown Glendale. Ridgeview is just about 15 minutes to both Downtown Los Angeles and Old Town Pasadena, as well as its many museums, gardens, and activities and only fifteen minutes to the vibrant center of downtown Los Angeles with its theaters, arena and LA live events, this home has it all! This very special property is the owner’s main residence that we share with you. BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 7 guests in 4 beds – - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 3: 1 Full (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 4: 1 Twin (Sleeps 1) - Common Area: QUEEN INFLATABLE BATHROOMS: There are 3 bathrooms in this home. There are 5 TV's in this home. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is outfitted with a full stove/oven and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip style coffee pot, a Nespresso, and toaster. Additionally all cutlery as well as all plates, bowls and cups are stocked. There are basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) for your cooking needs! PARKING: Open driveway and street parking. Note: this home only has parking for TWO cars. There is no garage access. The home is on a steep hill and you MUST CLIMB STAIRS to access the home WHAT YOU'LL LOVE: High speed internet access; luxury bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; private fenced backyard; outdoor grill; outdoor seating. ***For those working from home, there is a strong wifi signal for work and children’s online school activities*** CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers or birthdays. Dogs under 30LBS are considered with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If ever I visit Glendale/Pasadena again, I'll return to this beautiful home. Plenty of cozy spaces for relaxing, comfortable beds, the dreamiest, well-stocked kitchen, and magical gardens out back make it a true haven. Management provided quick responses and was there for our every need. Can't recommend it highly enough.
