Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as; fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our fresh caught seafood.

4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.

Pros - Super clean and all-white bedding and towels were pristine. (A)Beautifully decorated & updated (A)Being able to text any questions or concerns made communication easy. The replies were fast (except for those regarding the elevator repairs) (A)When we called the maintenance person for help with an issue in the condo, he was very kind & helpful & easy to reach. (A)Location - Beautiful Beach and the Umbrellas and Chair rentals are great (40 tip per day or you can bring your own) (A)Cons - We had a disabled family member who depended on the elevator & left early because one and at times both of the only 2 elevators did not work. Walking 17 flights of stairs was not doable for everyone. If they would have given us a refund, we would have left for a condo with working elevators. But for the family members who could do the stairs when they did not work, they enjoyed the extra exercise. Disappointed no refund offered for that inconvenience. (D)Wrist bands didnt work for part of one day - not a big deal, but we had to wait for someone to let us in - some other guests had the same issue at the same time but it was only one time. We liked the bands for safety of guests, but dont forget to wear it (or you will be waiting one someone to let you in, or in our case - going back up those 17 flights to get it)Overall, we recommend this condo as long as you have no disabilities that require a working elevator.

The condo was well above expectations. Clean and spacious with a view to die for. Definitely one of the best condos we've stayed at. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Our family was so pleased with this beach condo! Love being on a high floor. The building was so nicely maintained and there was always staff around cleaning. The pool was a delight and the walkway out to the beach was new and well maintained. The room itself was very clean and provided a great setting for our family to enjoy our beach vacation.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo is so spacious with large balconies and is updated and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again!
