I have stayed at this property for several years for an annual family reunion at Ormond Beach. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and it’s one of the nicer places to stay in the immediate area. Convenient to shopping and easy access to some really beautiful neighborhoods for morning walks.The check-in process is still chaotic trying to push Hilton Vacation Club memberships. You have to be fairly stern to move quickly through the check-in process to get your parking pass.This year my reservation was for a studio in the South Tower but I was put in a 1-bedroom in the North Tower which is a nice upgrade but I was a bit disappointed since my family was staying in the South Tower. There was a lot of construction due to the hurricane but it wasn’t really disruptive or bothersome. Communication with the Host through VRBO is great and they were very responsive. Overall, a nice stay. I will definitely book again.

Everything was just as pictured, minus the problems caused by the hurricane repairs. They were painting the building and repairing fence around the pool. The unit was great.
