Room is exceptionally clean, has a good view to the city street, complete facilities and good value for the money. Landlords instructions were straightforward as long as the tenants are reading it prior.
A bit tricky If checking in with car. You have to park your car first in the street when collecting the key. But it looks like there is always space anyway. There was no hassle for me.

It has great internet, a very well-equipped TV, and excellent washing and dryer appliances.
The lights are a bit dim.

Quite nice apartment.
Beds comfy - 2nd room more like a closet.
Jackhammering at 7am in morning.
Window in the bedroom offered no protection.
Wouldn’t want to live here permanently.
