Great place to see Orléans as it it very close to the old town. Pizza restaurant attached is a nice bonus.
Access to car park is difficult and very narrow, with only 15 spaces avaliable.

Excellent location near in the centre, though a bit complicated to get there by car. But we received excellent instructions from the reception staff.
We booked an executive room and were lucky to receive the only one with a tasse access. This inspired us to have our breakfast next morning on the terrasse with a great view over the city.
The reception staff (Olesia) was very friendly and forthcoming. We were in a few other hotels on our trip. Olesia was by far the most competent and friendly person. We were asking for a dental set and for body lotion. Both demands were followed up immediately. We told her that we hurried up to buy some famous mustard from Orleans in a special shop which was supposed to be open until 19h. When we arrived there at 19:35 it had closed earlier. We shared this experience with Olesia back in the hotel. In the evening when we came back from the restaurant we found a glass of the Orleans mustard and also a local ketchup in our room. What a lovely surprise!! This made our stay really special and this is why I mention her name which I would normally never do.
The receptionist at check out was also very nice and friendly. We will come back.
The drive and the entrance to the garage are a bit challenging (narrow with a midsize Car). I wonder why one could not take the same way to the hotel garage as out of the hotel.
The breakfast ordered to the room was good but not complete (a few things missing we ordered, but also no marmelade, honey or so).
Bed was a bit hard for our taste.
All not dramatic.

Located by a very busy road, train station and shopping centre but surprisingly very quiet in room. Staff were pleasant. Good for an overnight stay.
We booked a superior double room but felt it was quite small.
