Inside, the entire space is bathed in natural light from the lake and hillside views beyond. Every bit of decor was procured to create that perfect blend of style and comfort. The open living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for your family or small group to spend time together and sits just off the sunroom. The fully stocked kitchen is ready and waiting for your culinary creations. When it's time to rest, there are three bedrooms to recuperate in before another day of adventure on the lake or wherever your stay on the coast may take you. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets).
