Well look no further than Lee’s Cottage located in the village of Neotsu boarding Lincoln City. This cute two bedroom, one bath cottage with great lake views, quick access to the beach and fully fenced back-yard makes the perfect getaway. The home features a large front porch with great views of Devil’s Lake and great proximity to all the best that the beach has to offer. Go for a quick drive and you are on the beach and in the middle of town, or head to the lake and rental paddle boats and float your worries away. Dog Friendly for up to 2 dogs, no other pets allowed. The home was well located in Lincoln City (not walkable to the beach but near an inland lake), it was clean, and we very much appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs. The gravel drive leading up to the house is in rough repair, and the steep driveway with a large vehicle a bit tricky to navigate but it was doable for us. Overall we had a good stay.

Good last minute accomodation
Pictures were deceiving relative to the actual condition of the place. Ants were mentioned in the reviews, but we assumed that the problem would have been take care of before more guests used the property - ants got into our pet's food. Ants are a definite problem at this location. We needed a last minute place to stay for our family with a dog and this place was a welcome opportunity for us.

Ants, ants everywhere. Even when there is no food or drinks in the house. Carpet- Stains happen especially with animals allowed. But when a little bit of water spills and the white towel you use to clean it up comes back brown.... that shows us that this house isn’t well maintained. This next problem is a little bit funny but it could potentially cause someone harm. The shower curtain rod fell on us without anyone or anything touching it. The only upside was the backyard was a nice size for our large dogs. Not worth the rent/ cleaning fees we paid for unfortunately.

You had views of the lake out kitchen window and front room windows. Things were not perfect but what comes with that is stress free. We had our parents along with our older dog. What was nice was a secured safe back yard. The house was very cozy. sometimes being at the coast it can be hard to stay warm. Thank you for sharing your space with us

Our experience was very positive with this location. It was just what our little family needed for a get away and a huge bonus that our fur babies were able to come with us. My daughter and I enjoyed the blackberry bushes even though they could use some maintenance. Overall, this location was great and the management company was wonderful to work with!

Very clean. Everything you needed except maybe a dishwasher and a big bowl to mix salad. Living room TV is tiny. But no worries - it was all perfect for us for a 3 day stay!! Loved it and highly recommended for the price.

1. Front porch has rotten boards that could be very damaging to anyone. 2. Backyard not mowed, could not sit outside in back.3. Tub, little insects in tub. Shower liner was filthy and possibly moldy in last 4 inches inside tub. 3. Insects in tub and on bathroom floor, and under dining room table. The book for enjoying our stay was terrible. TV instructions were for a completely different system - took 2 hours to figure out TV in LR and TV in bedroom did not work. We do not recommend a stay until all of these items are corrected. Info in book was inaccurate because there is no dishwasher. Password sent to his for the key box was wrong and we had to call property manager. This stay was for our 50th wedding anniversary, and it was not enjoyable in the house. We welcome any contact to discuss this. Prop. mgr/owner should check this out before cleaners come in. Caulking in tub looked moldy, entire tub should be replaced. Cobwebs on ceiling/walls and baseboards were filthy. We made decision not to take a shower.

Family enjoyed the stay
Our family came to visit the Oregon coast for a few days. The location of the house was great, just five short miles from Lincoln city and the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the backyard, it would be better if they cut the bushes back and put up a privacy fence to replace the chain link as the neighbors had aggressive dogs.

This is a no frills vacation rental. It’s clean, has all the basic amenities covered, and was a good price. It worked ok for me, my partner, and our dogs. The beds weren’t the most comfortable and the TV is tiny. The dining set is also just a folding table and chairs which wasn’t very comfortable to play board games on. The bathroom could use a bit of updating or at least have the bathtub re-caulked. The backs yard is taken over by thorny blackberry bushes with just enough area to allow the dogs out. You get what you pay for and next time I think I’ll pay more for a nicer place with better bed, sheets, and pillows.

Wanted to getaway for Christmas
Overall it was a good price. Looked bigger in the pictures . Still wasn't bad. It was pretty dated ,but it was clean. Rough road to get there. Driveway was a little crazy. Back yard overgrown with blackberries. Basically exactly what i read in other reviews. Again it was a great price so I was please with it.

There were no coffee filters, not a big deal as I was 5 min from Safeway, but if you want coffee bring filters.
The TV is small so again if you are spending time away no big deal.
