The check-in to the hotel was about 10-15 minutes away walking. Check in was smooth. Walked about 5 more minutes to the apartment. There was no attendant at the apartment building but there was a lot of security in the building. Felt very safe.

Very clean and nice place for my family and I. Had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was a nice bonus! Good dining options nearby! One problem was we had to transport the crib by ourselves to the property which was difficult as it wasn't foldable and wouldn't fit in the elevator - so we had to carry it up the stairs. Another thing was laundry - I had booked this place considering there was a washer, however the washer was broken and couldn't be used, with no alternative arrangement possible by the host.

The owners/staff were helpful and reachable at all times. Communication is key to a smooth enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for us. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to city center. I highly recommend Casa del Sarto.
