Normální malý hotýlek, asijského standardu, nic extra plus, nic extra mínus. Výhodná lokalita, blízko stanice metra Halič, restaurace na terase s výhledem na Zlatý Roh. Měli jsme 4 lůžkový pokoj (dvě manželské postele), ve 4. patře, hned pod terasou s restaurací, kam se chodí na snídani. Pokoj příjemně velký pro rodinu 2+2.
ČIstota koupelny mi připomínala pobyt v Indii, ne evropský standard. V koupelně nefungovala sprcha, využívali jsme vanu. Z vany při koupání dětí vyběhla ještěrka. Kolem vany plíseň. V rozích na zami špína.
Paní, která vede restauraci je dost nepříjemná, čeká, že ji jako hosté budete zdravit první. Poožádali jsme ji o ohřátí mléka (které je k dispozici) pro děti. Ačkoliv tam celou dobu seděla vedle nás a koukala do mobilu a v kuchyni se nic nedělo, dost razantně to odmítla. Paní je Gruzínka a dost mi svým chováním připomínala sovětský standard.
Lokalita klidná, zanedbaná, místy špinavá a plná odpadků.

Very central location to do all your shopping and also if you would like to go on the Bosphorus cruise. Very clean and good amenities kept in rooms. The staff is attentive and friendly. If you are an English speaking tourist, like us, this hotel staff might be easier to speak with as most hotels we stayed in throughout our stay couldn’t understand at all.
They have a wide variety of items for breakfast with a nice view of the Bosphorus strait.
The terrace washroom can be kept cleaner since they allow guests to use it after check-out.

Great hotel for a first trip to Istanbul
A good, convenient hotel that served as an ideal base for the start of our journey. It was our first time visiting Istanbul, so having breakfast included was an important factor for us — and it turned out to be a great choice.
Pros:
Convenient location: Only a 7-minute walk to the Haliç metro station, making it very easy to explore the city.
Breakfast: A tasty and varied buffet. While the selection remains mostly the same each day, there are plenty of options to choose from.
Terrace & views: Fantastic rooftop terrace overlooking the Golden Horn. The sunrises and sunsets from here are breathtaking and perfect for photos. During the day, you can relax on the terrace and enjoy complimentary tea and coffee.
Compact room size: The room is quite small and felt noticeably cramped, especially with luggage.
Thin walls: Poor soundproofing; sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms travel quite easily.
Unstable Wi-Fi: The internet connection was inconsistent and tended to drop occasionally.
Elevator: The elevator broke down once during our stay (not an issue for us as we usually took the stairs, but worth noting for guests with heavy luggage).

The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful! Hotel was rather close to the old town (1.5-2 km). The area had several restaurants, small shops and felt safe. The hotel restaurant was on terrace level and view was really great from there.
Our room lock was not working properly - it tool always several minutes to open or close it! Really painful! Breakfast was rather modest. Rooms were rather worn out - besides the lock, the water tap was loose, in the cabin under sink were dirty towels - we assumed they were they to prevent leaking?
