We had a very nice stay at the Garden flat. The host James met us on arrival and helped find us a parking space. The flat is very well equipped, comfortable, and lovely and clean.
The location is also excellent for lots of local restaurants within easy walking distance. We would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay in Eastbourne. It was our first visit, and staying in Little Chelsea was ideal, with everything we wanted within easy walking distance.
James was a very helpful, friendly and thoughtful host. We were given a parking permit for the duration of our stay, which was really useful. We also accidentally left a coat behind, and James very kindly posted it back to us afterwards, which we really appreciated.
A lovely place to stay and a great base for exploring Eastbourne.
Parking was slightly tricky on one evening, when we had to park in a nearby street rather than directly outside the house, but this was only a very minor inconvenience and certainly didn’t detract from our stay.
James even offered to give up his own parking space for us, which wasn’t necessary, and by the following day we had a space outside the house again.
