Helpful staff.
The pillows were quite uncomfortable — they were too flat and lacked support, which affected my sleep.
Parking can also be a problem. If many other guests are staying at the same time, the parking lot gets quite crowded and tight, making it difficult to maneuver.
The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak from the handheld shower head, which made showering quite frustrating. However, if you use the overhead (rainfall) shower, the pressure is much better and acceptable.
