食事がとても美味しかった。
チェックイン時にメニューを選べるし、ラストオーダーも21時まで受けてくれて助かりました。
施設は清潔で、共有のラウンジに読み物もたくさんあり、良かったです。
当日のスタッフの方が外国の方ばかりで、日本語も英語もいまひとつ。朝チェックアウト前に一度車で出かけようとしたら精算が済んでるかきかれて、まだチェックアウトしません、というのがなかなか通じなくて困った。日本語がわかるスタッフの人が出てくるのを待つしかなかった。

The rooms are big, bright, modern and clean. The onsen is private and very nice.
The staff has no idea about almost anything. They are friendly but useless at the same time. For a hotel I would expect minimum quality to answer questions or help out otherwise why even hire anyone. Their English is poor, they were from Nepal without English skills or energy to help. The check-in process is unnecessary long, the breakfast microwaved food. Nothing I would expect and that price range. All sad points because the place as huge potential but it’s ran by the wrong management.
The only positive was their Japanese “manager” who didn’t speak a word English but he tried to be as helpful as possible to cover the gaps his colleagues left.
