I couldn’t possibly fault the property! The hotel is extremely well managed, with staff being the utmost professional and hospitable. We were lucky enough to have had the back row of rooftop villas, the views were unreal especially being so fortunate to see Mt. Fuji on both days of our stay! We especially loved some of the additions to the property such as use of the in villa projector for movie night, bath salts and care packages for a bit of spa treatment and of course their delicious breakfast. The location was surprisingly easily accessible, with car spots beside your villa, which was handy for our rental car.
Nothing at all!

Very comfortable villas with direct view on the Fuji. We could watch the sunrise and sunset directly from the room. Rooms were really comfortable and staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was also amazing.
Location is absolutely amazing for the Fuji view, but you need to walk 15 minutes to the station. We thought it was very good trade off, but good to be aware.
