We loved the view from the hotel and the complimentary snacks and drinks. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
The bath towel and breakfast were not included for our 4 year old son. It was the first time that happened to us in a hotel. However, in the end, the staff did provide a towel for our son. We would also have liked to be able to access Netflix on the tv.

steep walk to our unit and must drive a dedicated car to go in and up to the property.
the very small bottles of toilet amenities like shampoo conditioner and body soap were very minimal and bottled water is very limited

Love the space and the service. Though on a hill it’s still really easy to get around and the staff are always there to help. Free shuttle services to and from station were much appreciated. The view is unbeatable.
We like everything if had to be something the lighting system can have some night lights instead of one general lighting. The hallway lights tend to stay on and very bright as well when going to bathroom in the middle of the night.
