The location was spectacular with views of Mount Fuji from our room, loved the details in the room, the onsen, the dinner, the fire pit at night, the friendly service

More than we expected; not only was the quality excellent but the preparation and variety of dishes served were wonderful. What made breakfast more enjoyable was that our server "Mon", explained every dish and was very customer service-oriented.
N/A...but not related to the resort, we just wished we could have seen Mount Fuji in all of it's glory (rained and snowed...) so we could not see the top half.

Friendly staff, the room is huge and very well equiped, the view is incredible, they also have an amazing bar and nights that we will remember forever!
