有預約式風呂可用，還不錯。
房間方位對的話，天氣好的時候，可以清楚看到富士山。
入住時，房間浴室水龍頭會漏水，浴室浴缸還有蜘蛛絲😨冰箱竟然還有上一組客人的水果？！反應後，換了對面方向的房間(結果因禍得福？第二天發現第二個房間的窗外就是富士山，若是第一間房間的角度不可能看得到。但當天其實只有我們一組客人，竟然先安排視野不佳的房間，匪夷所思），換房間後，入睡前發現廁所會漏水、洗澡間的臉盆水龍頭會滴水，但是懶得再換了…

The location is about 3 minute walk to oishi park which is so easy to go to the park and the bus stop. Staff was helpful, The room is big worth the money.
Staff doesn't communicate in english but try to help we communicate via google translate is ok

Simple and cozy little B&B near Oishi Park. Quiet, with a nice sento, and located around the best area of Kawaguchiko - away from the swarm of tourists around the city center. Staff attentive and kind.

Staff is very friendly. Private hot spring is very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner's quality is high. We could see Mount. Fuji from the hotel.

We liked:
- the location (view with the reflection on the Mount Fuji in the lake + 2 min walk from the red line bus terminus)
- breakfast and lunch included (vegeterian friendly is available) as well as 40-min hot bath every evening
- staff extra effort to communicate in English via an app
- Mount Fuji view from the bedroom and the restaurant
We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t make our room... we’re not sure if it is because we didn’t leave the key at the reception or if it is like that. Just 2 nights didn’t matter but for longer stay, one should ask.
Pillows are very hard (which looks like a common thing in Japan).
For the price paid, they should have bicycles available for free to the hotel guests, as most other expansive hotels do.
