従業員の方が最初から最後まで大変親切にしてくださいました。お風呂は部屋ごとに貸切で利用できました。周辺にお土産屋さんやおしゃれなレストランが多くありました。

The highlight of our trip to Japan so far. The Japanese style room was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. The sauna was excellent. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Should we be coming back to Fuji at any point in the future I will not hesitate one second to book here again! Strongly recommend.

清潔で落ち着いたアットホームな雰囲気のお宿です。サウナはこだわって作られたことが伝わり、とてもよい雰囲気です。スタッフの方は丁寧にレクチャーしてくれ、お陰で非常によい体験になりました。そしてサウナの後はぐっすりです。サウナに加え、浴場も広くリラックスできました。総じて大満足です！
