Hotel is modern. The rooms we stayed in was the queen bed room. Although it is small, every corner is well thought out and functional. The amenities are modern and new.
The staff are excellent, all are able to speak good English which was helpful. The location is central.
I need to mention a very helpful staff. Her name is Deegii. She was at the reception in the morning. I related to her that I left some items in the previous hotel at Noboribetsu and she assisted me to contact the hotel at Noribetsu and the Sapporo hotel staff to coordinate the delivery of my items from Noboribetsu to Sapporo. She was so patient with me and I truly want to thank her for helping me. She even helped to follow up on the delivery while I went out to enjoy the beautiful Furano. Thank you Deegii!!!
To the management of the Nozo hotel, I want to say thank you for employing staff of high calibre to be at the Frontline. They have provided excellent customer service to the customers.
When I went for my onsen, the changing room was very stuffy and warm and over crowded.

Modern hotel with all the necessary amenities. Laundry room was very helpful. Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful and friendly.
Nothing, will absolutely stay there again.

Hot water and shower were quick to warm up, room was very quiet even though we were at high foot traffic area, staff were all very friendly, and breakfast food had some variation and not all the same everyday. Short walk to ski field, and has a good gym.
For 3 straight days, the buffet breakfast ran out of food and we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the food to be refilled - I had to tell the staff everyday to do so. They could do with two more staff members at breakfast so one can help keep track of what dishes were running low, and another in the kitchen to make sure food are constantly being cooked and ready to replenish. Toilet paper was too thin and disintegrated too easily so could not really use with the bidet. There were zero storage and lack of hooks/hanging space so we had to be creative and hang the clothes hangers on curtains, TV, and put our clothes on top of our luggage and piled them up on the side table next to the bed. I have never been to a hotel room where there has been zero storage space. I paid extra for a bigger room thinking it would be good to dry our ski clothes, but the lack of hanging space and storage space negated that idea! Even the ski storage was too small to put in two helmets plus two sets of skis, and not enough space to dry ski boots for all the guests. Just not a functional hotel.
