Great spot, really helpful staff and very clean.

Great spot, really lovely and excellent staff who spoke good English and put in a lot of effort to be helpful and make our stay comfortable. They were especially helpful with advice on transport, organising luggage transfer via Yamato, and just general advice about the town. We stayed in a family room (just 2 people) - we were in 2 separate beds but it was a big room and very comfortable. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off to the main train station at whatever time you need, and only a 5min walk to the gondola!

A little far from the nearest convenience store (10min walk accounting for the icy pathways) but otherwise it was great. If you’re tall FYI for the family room - the bathroom would be a tight squeeze if you were particularly tall, the archway into the bed area is only ~172cm high, and the beds wouldn’t suit anyone over 6 foot (there’s a wall at the end). I can’t speak for the futon style of sleeping which I imagine would be better suited!

滑雪場邊的飯店, 應有盡有, 迎賓飲料, 小而美的大廳小朋友可以玩很多東西&Switch, 溫泉也很舒適. 四人房的室內空間有點壓迫, 但剛好在邊間採光很好.

lots to like! good coffee at front desk, welcome drinks, onsen, huge breakfast, comfortable room with plenty of hanging space, humidifier in room.

it does take some time for hot water to flow through, but that’s not unusual I’ve found, just need to be mindful of it. heating is very effective but throws quite a bit of light at night.

A great place to stay with friendly staff and value for dollar.

The place is clean and it’s a Good location near the ski area. The staff are friendly with good pickup and transfer provided. Breakfast is good.

Maybe a little packed at times when lots of guest are arriving and leaving at the same time.

Great location, good amenities, shuttle to the lifts although very close to walk. Extremely nice staff, very nice and eager to help!!

Great stay in Furano!!

Cottage no.1 was fantastic for our family of 4. Kitchenette was handy for heating up meals. Daily breakfast was fantastic and cooked to perfection. It was a great way to start the day before skiing. Shuttle service was handy.

房間面積適中，唯暖爐調溫真係摸不著頭腦，每晚被熱醒出晒汗，若有說明書指示調溫操作比較好。民宿距離北之峰步行約五分鐘，相當近。

餐廳環境與早餐分量都很好，也有溫泉與洗衣設備，旁邊是停車場，遇上會說廣東話之員工很有親切感。

滑雪設備乾燥室無辦法從民宿內進入，乾燥室唯一入口在民宿外面。

Fabulous 2 week ski holiday with 2 family’s of young adult children.

Fantastic staff, atmosphere, breakfasts, shuttle to ski field service and onsen.

Could do with more hooks and some shelving in the bedrooms.

Perfect Furano snow experience!

We lived our stay at Faranui! Staff are beautiful and so helpful. Rooms are cosy. Location is perfect for accessing the snow fields. Great eating, coffee and bar nearby.

Only minor things that weren’t a big a deal but we did find it difficult to hang all our gear after a day on the snow and the pillows are hard.

主にスキー客用かも知れないペンションのせいか部屋がやや狭い

Excellent staff, location far from everything

FANTASTIC STAFF: Highest praise to this inn’s fantastic staff, specially Carla, Sigi, Yuki, and Ayana! They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant: booking cabs, helping us book a bus tour (Japanese only website), and always accommodating. Their English was very good, so communicating was easy. Thank you! FOOD & DRINKS: Breakfast is good, with the main course plated; no choices (so don’t expect a full buffet). What was a nice surprise was a daily late afternoon cocktails (they call it “welcome drinks”) which lasts until late in evening, and includes whisky, wines, juice, and yogurt milk. And daily free coffee (espresso type) which was particularly good! FREE SHUTTLE: The free shuttle pick up and drop off from Furano Station (train) when you check in and check out is very useful, and saves you the price of 2 cab rides (approx US$22)

BEDROOM: This is not a hotel: it is an inn, so the room is like a bedroom in a house. BATHROOM: tiny, so if you are a plus size, you bathe with your body hitting the shower curtain or wall. LOCATION: Inn is far from everything, so you need to take cabs all the time, with each 1-way trip to the town center costing approx. US$9-10. (TIP: have staff book your cab back to the inn, since it it not easy to just flag a cab on the street.) Nearest convenience store is 15mins walk, and an uphill climb back. PRICE: Our rate was rather high for an inn. approx. US$215/night. But perhaps that is standard for Furano.

Facilities were quite old. Rooms not sound proof, can hear next door clearly or walking on the wooden floor boards in the corridors.

Exceptional

Attentive staff, welcome drink and tibits, accommodate to my last minute request to move to a ground floor unit. Ample parking lots and it is free.

It is not near any train station, so would only recommend if you are driving.

An appealing little hotel that met our needs.

The property was just as advertised, a friendly little hotel in a popular destination. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and breakfast on-site was delicious. We did not try out the onsen, but it was nice to know that it was available. Parking was very convenient as well, and the neighborhood was pleasant and walkable.

The rooms and bathrooms are very small, typical for many accommodations in Japan. However, with careful navigation, we found enough space for our luggage and two chairs. During our summer stay, there seemed to be relatively few restaurants open in the area. We had to drive into Furano proper to find dinner.

Very cozy place with very nice and helpful staff. My son liked the PlayStation at the lounge area. Breakfast was great, with Japanese and continental selections.

Toilets were a little small. But very functional.
