Très bon emplacement,on a tout fait à pied. Quartier calme et sûr. Instructions claires à l'arrivée,facile à trouver, propriétaire sympathique. Équipement adapté (famille de 4), lits confortables,salon agréable et cuisine équipée. Très propre.Patio extérieur avec table et chaises de jardin.

Spaceous, well equiped house/appartment in a great location in a generally non-tourist district, but 10 min walk to Philopappou Hill, 20 min to Acropolis, 5 min to Metro, 1 min from a square with great restaurants with prices for locals.
Can recommend even for longer stay.
Only minor details, which were either quickly solved or, where not possible, were openly recieved as input for future improvements.
Suboptimal outside noise isolation, but that seems to be an issue of Greek houses in general. On the other hand, it's in a quiet district, so it wasn't a big issue.

Was spacious and walking distance to the Acropolis. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable.
One toilet was leaking at the bottom onto the floor. Someone came and put some caulk around it and it did not stop leaking. Hopefully they fixed it when we checked out.
