Počas horúcej letnej noci chýbala klimatizácia, bolo fakt dusno a teplo na izbe.

Místo je nádherné , stejně jako zámek. Kouzelná atmosféra, příjemné pokoje a personál. Snídaně úplně v pohodě a večeře jednoduchá, ale velmi chutná. Moc jsme si to užili. Oceňuji postele, zpočátku se jevily jako tvrdé, ale spalo se na nich nádherně a klidně.

We really enjoyed our stay at Smolenice Castle and were very satisfied with everything. The beautiful surroundings and unique atmosphere made our stay truly special. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious food. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again! 😊
The only downside was that our room did not have air conditioning. Since there were four of us, it became extremely hot during the night, and unfortunately, the fan provided was not enough to cool the room. Also, as there were no insect screens on the windows, we could not properly air out the room without letting mosquitoes and other insects inside.

Amazing structure and location, wonderfully historic and well preserved
The room lacked ventilation and was much warmer than the corridor. Management must correct this problem.
The heat badly affected my sleep and comfort.
The corridor light should be movement sensitive; now there is one switch only for a long curved corridor.
The very large pillow should be changed to something more comfortable.
