Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and everything that we needed. Also good access for disabled guests, the only place there was steps was between the hotel and restaurant, it was only 2 steps and we managed fine.

· needs some upgrade as def not a 4 star standard hotel. toilet didn’t work asked three times during our stay and left with toilet still broken one room the knobs of the furniture kept coming off ,no plug hole in bath so only can take a shower, reception closes early so you have to take back entrance which has no lift so family member struggled to go up the stairs.
