Great location, clean and comfortable, kettle in the room, polite staff, good range of food at breakfast.
Nothing, all good

Good location, comfortable bed and sofa bed.
I was overcharged for parking. I asked if I can leave my car in the underground garage after I paid for the overnight parking. I was told I need to pay at reception before leaving which will activate the barrier at the exit.
I paid for parking at reception. The receptionist (older, blonde lady) was stressed, slow, didn’t know what she was doing, and was short with me. She took payment from me and gave me a new ticket to use at the barrier.
When I drove out of the underground carpark, at the exit the barrier didn’t lift, and the machine showed an outstanding amount. I was charged twice for parking, leaving me feeling stressed and angry.

Location
Room was dated. Desk and refrigerator were not in room. Was told under new management. Had to pay for part of the parking even tho we weren’t supposed to.
