Nice stuff. Good location - very close to the blue church and less than 10 minutes walk to the old city. Nice Vietnamese restaurant just across the street.
The front door is locked at night; there is a doorbell, but it’s a bit worrying if no one answers. Someone did arrived and opened the door within 5-10 min. Also, the air conditioning isn't the best :)

Large, well appointed and clean room. Close to Old Town and good choice at breakfast. Friendly, attentive staff.
Poor Internet, limited TV channels and miserly replenishment of tea, coffee etc in room.
Large bathroom with his and her sinks, but toilet very small and placed in tiny cubicle.
