Grand Hotel River Park, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bratislava

Wow. It´s not often that i struggle to express my opinion. But this hotel made me speachless. Everything was exceptional. From greeting at the arrival till wishing us a pleasent journey home. Everyone made us feel welcome. From frontdesk to housekeeping lady just passing by in the corridor. Room was great, but the bed was an absolute highlight. I have never slept this good and that includes my own bed at home. It made me contemplate if they would notice us sneaking the mattress through the lobby. Breakfast took our breath away. And i am not talking about food, even though that was impecable. Service was so welcoming and delightful and attentive, that it made my wife nearly cry.

Well, this hotel changed the way i look at other hotels forever. How are we supose to stay anywhere else from now on? Damn you Marriott :)

I like the room and the ambiance

Breakfast food . I have been to different grand hotels and they normally offer ALOT of choices for breakfast. It’s literally a buffet.

Bit of a walk into town

Quiet rooms, good bed

Horrible underground parking, completely unclear where to go as hotel guest, I had to take the car out again and park it newly - very uncomfortable for 42€. The location is way too far from the historic city center. There are no amenities in the room like a kettle or coffee or an iron board.
