A beautiful and very clean hotel with wonderful and professional staff. The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location right in the heart of the city center. Most attractions, restaurants, and cafés are within walking distance, so you hardly need a car. The river is also only about a 10-minute walk away. The location made our stay in Bratislava very easy and enjoyable.
There is no free parking, and the parking fees are relatively high, especially for hotel guests. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

The staff at reception were polite and the location is convenient for getting around the city. Access was easy and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
The bathrooms are outdated and in need of some TLC and a proper deep clean. The furniture is scraped, the TV is old and small, and overall the room does not match the standard of other hotels in the area.
We asked to change rooms because the window facing the square did nothing to block out the noise. I was told it just wasn’t closed properly, but even after maintenance checked it, there was still a visible gap where you could feel the hot air coming through.
We were moved one floor up, but it was essentially the same room and the noise remained. I had mentioned in the booking and told the receptionist that I am a light sleeper, so I would have appreciated a quieter room if possible.
