Nice amenities, nice accomodation, very nice spa, overall a really great experience. They could exceptionally well, as well.
It's no visible but the tennis court needs sand removal. Sometimes the ball bounces and sometimes not at all - I don't think it would be a great cost, but I think it would make a big difference.

Great hotel for a weekend getaway, family gatherings and celebrations. The spa is exceptional, the massages were amazing. The restaurant offers gastronomic experiences at any hour of the day. Ala Carte Menu was tuned to the last detail. We haven't been this excited about food in a long time. The hotel is close to Modra - great for wine enthusiasts, but still close to nature, for hiking. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room in the Eva pavilion was really like the photo, we were pleasantly surprised by the details they take care of in this hotel. We will visit again, very soon.

Great wellness and grounds. Really nice place
Room was damp and smelled.
Desk gave a room key to someone else who entered the room. Staff then came to our room and complained we made a mistake (not sure how that is possible). No apology for someone having our room key.
We again checked at the check in desk to make sure was resolved and we were again told it was our mistake.
Orders from bar were also forgotten/ignored.
Spa not open on time in the morning.
