Apartament zlokalizowany w cichej uliczce. Podstawowe wyposażenie wystarczające na wygodny, kilkudniowy pobyt. Klimatyzacja z możliwością niezależnego ustawienia dla każdego z pomieszczeń. Bardzo duży taras (i wystarczy się nieco wychylić, by zobaczyć Akropol :-) ). Doskonała lokalizacja dla zwiedzania zabytków antycznych Aten.

Great location, very modern and clean. I have stayed in several places in Athens, and this has definitely been the best one so far. We also had a great view of the Acropolis.
Small tip for future guests: you need to turn on the hot water using the switch located in the electricity box.

This was by far one of the best places we stayed during our trip. The space is very well laid out, and the balcony/terrace is lovely—perfect for having breakfast in the morning or enjoying a drink at the end of the day. We also received complimentary water upon arrival, which was greatly appreciated given the Athens heat. The apartment was comfortable, practical and spacious enough for four adults.
We also enjoyed the proximity to asian restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Could be improved: We would suggest fully replenishing the shampoo, soap and shower gel between stays, as ours ran out on the first day. The kitchen could also be better equipped with additional table linens or dish towels, more cups and plates—there were only three of each despite the reservation being for four people—and a few more cooking utensils. These are relatively minor improvements that would make an already excellent accommodation even better.
Perhaps an airplay device would be good to be able to stream directly from one's laptop.

L'appartement que nous avons occupé 3 nuits dans cet immeuble entièrement refait à neuf et entièrement dédié à la location saisonnière avait tout pour plaire : spacieux, moderne, bien équipé, une très grande et agréable terrasse...
Mais rapidement, l'enthousiasme est retombé.
- Nous étions 3 dans l'appartement mais il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de toilette. Problème signalé dès notre arrivée mais nous avons dû attendre le lendemain de notre arrivée, à 11h, pour qu'on nous en apporte une autre.
- Une petite culotte d'un précédent client a été oubliée dans un tiroir. Le ménage a visiblement été fait rapidement. Merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue.
- Les draps sont mis directement sur le matelas sans protection, ce n'est pas du tout hygiénique.
- Pas d'eau chaude le premier soir : nous avons découvert par hasard le lendemain qu'il fallait appuyer sur un bouton sur le tableau électrique pour l'activer (à faire pour chaque douche), cette consigne très importante ne nous a jamais été communiquée. Merci pour les douches froides...
- Le wifi n'a jamais fonctionné et visiblement les propriétaires étaient au courant... mais ne nous ont pas prévenus. Je comprends bien qu'un incident technique peut arriver, mais quand on paye ce tarif on peut s'attendre à ce qu'on anticipe une solution (prêt d'une clé 4G par exemple).
- Il n'y avait pas de tapis de bain, pas de torchon pour s'essuyer les mains et la vaisselle, pas de savon pour les mains. Des éléments basiques qu'on trouve dans toutes les locations d'appartements.
- Il y a un lave-linge... mais absolument rien pour étendre et faire sécher le linge ! Appareil totalement inutile, donc.
En conclusion : le produit est très bon, le service est très mauvais. Tous ces problèmes sont faciles à résoudre, pourquoi ne le faites-vous pas ?
