到着前から、滞在中もリクエストにすぐに答えてくださり安心でした。朝食として準備していただいた食材もとても美味しく大満足です。ロケーションも最高で、非常に快適でした。

the host of this beautiful villa was exceptionally forthcoming in all aspects to ensure we had a lovely and relaxing stay, including providing an extensive breakfast supply for our 3 night stay, a surprise cake for a special occasion and continued attention to ensure we were well! - thank you!
Hardly an issue considering the above, but location rather close to a fairly frequented road… that said, very conveniently situated for the Ropeway and pirate ship dock in 5 minute walk and parking available

Hakone Doma has been, without a doubt, the most incredible experience I’ve ever had through Booking.
The property is nothing short of perfection: luxurious and spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully equipped, and located in one of the most ideal spots in Hakone.
And of course, there is Mr. Mori, the host, who truly embodies Japanese hospitality.
His attention to detail, kindness, and availability are exceptional, and he consistently goes far beyond anything one could expect to accommodate every request.
Thanks to him, our stay felt like a magical, unforgettable escape.
We spent a truly memorable week — a dream-like stay that will remain with us for a long time.
We will return with great pleasure as soon as we have the chance.
I recommend this place a thousand percent.
