The condo was spacious, large bedrooms and the beds were quite comfortable. The themed rooms were a nice touch. Location was close to the 192 and many restaurants and stores. The pool was always nice and quiet woth plenty of chairs and parasols.
The bathrooms were a bit tired looking and the couch quite uncomfortable. But the real downside was the lack of communication from the host. We had a few issues when we arrived (the wrong gatecode for one) and we couldnt reach anyone. It took them nearly 24 hours to get back to us with the code and it took nearly 72 hours to get a response to our other issues. Also, we asked about the checkout 3 days before checking out and never heard back. Same after letting them know we checked out and again nothing after sending them our feedback. So even if the stay was pleasant, the lack of response from host makes it we would not stay again.
